In this day and age, our data is sold, aggregated, packaged, resold, and used and abused without our permission. We reject this thinking. Your data should belong to exactly one person, you.

We approach this topic from 3 perspectives:

  1. Values of privacy – it is inculcated in all the work we do, including assigning you a unique CLIENTID that our clinics receive instead of your full name. Everything we do centers around ensuring that you can stay anonymous if you choose.
  2. Technological privacy – we go to great lengths to encrypt your data in every way possible. Beyond being fully HIPAA compliant, we are rare in using highly-encrypted services for every aspect of client service, including encrypted e-mail, encrypted cloud storage, and encrypted communications. We’ll even go a step further and help you set up these technologies on your own devices.
  3. Data privacy – your data belongs to you and you alone. We pledge to keep it that way to the greatest extent legally permissible. Switzerland pledges to ensure neutrality and privacy and to this end is supportive of companies like ours. That includes any data requests from governments (foreign or domestic) unless we are compelled by law.

We treat your data as if it were our own, and go to every length possible to protect it.
