The gel packs in your Legacy kit keep your bottle of transport liquid cool while in transit to you. You do not need to refreeze or refrigerate the gel packs that came with your kit. When you ship your sample back, keep the room-temperature gel packs in the kit as per the instructions. The insulating gel helps maintain a stable temperature inside the vault.
